Workbook Comparison Tool
Willow Solutions has also developed a comparison tool that can be used to ensure that workbooks,
once optimized, continue to be used in an efficient manner. We recommend that once workbooks
have been fully optimized, a copy be archived, in the event that the user makes changes
which adversely affect the workbook. The comparison report can then be used to compare the
archived copy to the current one being used. The tool alerts the user to sections of the
two workbooks that differ from each other and have been changed since the optimization process.
The Comparison report can also be used during the optimization process to report on changes
made to the workbook by the optimization tools.
