Tip #2000-10: Forcing Excel to display live data in 32nds
 
Use this format to display fractions in 32nds:
  1. Select the cell
  2. Select Format Cells...
  3. Click on the Number tab
  4. Select Custom from the list box
  5. In the Type: box, enter # ??/32
