I have the same error with a worksheet on office 2000 sp3 on w2k sp4. This one sheet opens fine and closes fine but when you open the same sheet again (on the same session of excel) it crashes with a dr watson when you attempt to close it. the sheet it self has some links/macros but i disabled all the links and macros.
