If you are copying data from Reuter Terminal into an Excel worksheet than I do not know what the problem is. This procedure is different than using the Reuter Tools to retrieve data.
However if you are using one of the Reuter tools to bring in real-time data into an Excel worksheet then there is an easy solution to your problem. The solution is your have the wrong orientation settings. You are putting the field where you should have the RIC and vice versa.
If you are using the List Tool the orientation settings are in Step 2. A detailed explanation is provided in the help section of Reuters Tools.
