I'm using WinXP/Office XP and the Reuters tool for XP.

The following happens with a very simple workbook containing only a small number of Reuters links. There are no other add-ins in memory and no other apps running:

1. Double-click on the workbook icon -> this starts Excel and opens-up the workbook. All Reuters data refreshes.
2. Do some editing.
3. Hit the Save button
4. Open the File menu and hit the Close button -> The workbook closes without a problem
5. Without shutting-down Excel, Open the File menu and open the file again (its name being in the list of recently-opened files)
6. Repeat steps 2,3,4 -> Excel crashes after hitting the Close button.

This behaviour occurs with both Office SP1 and SP2, and always with Reuters-linked files...

Has anyone encountered this problem or have info relating to it ?
