Can't start Reuters Tools in Excel XP (2002) SP1,

Hi,

Can you help me with my problem. When I try to start Excel XP with Reuters Tools add-in loaded I got this error message "This software requires MS Excel version 5.0c or later.", why, what's wrong???

Help me.

Reuters Tools works fine in Excel 2000.
