Reuter Tools Scheduler running excel macros

I've been trying to run a number of macros using the Scheduler in Reuters Tools and it seems that my overnight runs do not seem to run. Ive tested the macros via the TEST button in scheduler and they all run correctly. The version I'm using is Reuter Tools 3.62. If you need the macros I could send these as well.
