Client Relationship Manager
Since 1989, Willow Solutions, Inc. has specialized in the design and
development of custom applications for the hedge fund and investment
industry. We build both client-server and n-tier solutions that provide
integrated desktop access to market data, enterprise data, and Internet
data. We have particular expertise in building software that makes use
of real-time financial data such as financial analysis, position keeping,
and arbitrage trading applications. We use Microsoft Office applications
in conjunction with component based development techniques which allows
for rapid development, lessens the need for training and results in user
friendly, easily maintained applications.
Willow Solutions seeks an individual with experience in the financial
trading industry that can act as a client relationship manager to help
develop and manage client engagements. In this role, your responsibilities
include:
- Identify and develop new prospects
- Consult with prospects to design and develop proposals, prepare
project plans, and operate as the liaison between the client and
the project team to ensure the software is designed and developed
to meet the needs of the client
- Follow-up with clients after completion of each project to ensure
ongoing satisfaction with software
- Establish relationships with new prospects within clients over and
beyond the initial point of contact in order to identify new
projects. Our goal is to build multiple client contacts within each
core account
You will be the primary interface to the client, providing a single point of
contact during the project including design, development and implementation of
software.
In this role, you will report directly to the President of Willow Solutions,
keeping her informed on a weekly basis as to:
- Sourcing of new prospects
- Sales meetings scheduled
- Status of pending proposals
- Status of projects in progress
You will interact one-on-one with traders in a fast-paced environment in order
to understand their business requirements, and design and develop solutions
to satisfy their requirements. As such, you will be responsible for keeping
up-to-date as to industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-depth Financial industry expertise and knowledge that will provide
contacts and lend both credibility and confidence
- Experience in marketing, prospecting for new accounts, business
development and proposal writing
- Demonstrated track record of building long-term business relationships
that have resulted in recurring revenue
- Project management experience which includes team orientation,
excellent communication and proven organizational skills
- Understanding of technology and systems, with particular experience
with Microsoft Office products
